Upon successful completion of this course, participants become certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt. The Six Sigma Green Belt works directly with cross-functional project leaders to carry out identified improvement projects. They work with these cross-functional teams to define and measure problems, analyze the root causes, implement improvements, and establish control at new levels.
