Help a current Durham Tech student explore his or her career interests!
Durham Tech students taking the ACA 122 College Transfer Success course must interview a professional in a career field of interest as a requirement for successful completion of the class. The ACA course, required by all degree programs on campus, includes such topics as college culture, setting short and long-term goals, and career exploration. Would you be willing to provide your business contact information as a potential interview professional? Your information would be available to the ACA course instructors for the sole purpose of this career exploration requirement. Please contact GabbyMcCutchen at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested.
Help an international student pursue their college goals at Durham Tech!
The Durham Tech student body represents over 100 countries. Would you be willing to assist individuals from other countries taking classes at the college? If you are from another country and would like to offer your experience to a current student, or you just have an appreciation of the issues an international student faces, many of these students would welcome the insight and assistance a local Durham Tech alumnus might offer.
