Academic Alert for Developmental English, Mathematics and Reading

Students identified as needing individual assistance can be referred by developmental course instructors to our Academic Alert tutors. These professional tutors will schedule an appointment with the referred student on a recurring basis throughout the semester within which the student is referred.

Steps to Academic Alert Referral
• The referral form is completed by a developmental education instructor and sent to an Academic Alert tutor.
• The Academic Alert tutor contacts the student to set up an appointment.
• The student attends the appointment and schedules the next tutoring session with the Academic Alert tutor.
