Guidelines for Submitting an Event

Please use your best judgment in submitting events that are professional and appropriate for listing on the web site. Events appropriate for inclusion are on-campus events or off-campus events that are sponsored by a chartered campus organization. For student events to be submitted, the consent of the faculty advisor is required. Events of a personal nature such as the sale of an item, the mention of alcoholic beverages, the use of profanity or material contrary to the mission of Durham Tech will not be listed.

Events may be submitted to any of the contacts listed below; however, submitting an event through the person most closely associated with your department is preferred. Information should be sent by email or by internal college mail. Please allow at least two working days for an event to be added to the Events Calendar.
