Durham Technical Community College now offers a Culinary Arts Career Training program. This entry-level course is for students who want to take their first step toward a promising restaurant and food service career. Students receive training in hospitality and culinary skills, in addition to the ServSafe food safety training program. ServeSafe, one of the industry's most recognized educational tools, is administered by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF.)
