DTCC Student Participates in Presidential Conference Call

Durham Tech University Transfer student Phillip Markovich joined students from NC Central University (NCCU) and Duke University in the office of Durham Mayor Bill Bell on Monday, May 7. The meeting was called to participate in a conference call with President Obama and other mayors and students from across the region to discuss the possibility of dramatic increases in interest rates on student loans.
