(Durham, N.C.) – Growing older brings many challenges. One of these is driving. Attend a CarFit session at Durham Technical Community College on Saturday, Nov. 8 from 8:30 a.m. to noon to learn ways to adapt your car for comfort and safety. DTCC’s Occupational Therapy Assistant students offer these free CarFit sessions to mature drivers. Learn about swivel seat cushions that make it easier to get in and out of a car, mirror extenders for a better view, and many other ways to make driving easier and safer.
