3. Complete and return: The ONLINE Occupational Healthcare Careers registration form and payment one week prior to the Online class start date (email address is required):

1. Go to the current course schedule link above. Under the course description, where course dates and times are listed, record the 5 digit number in front of the word “ONLINE”; this is your course number. 
   
   
2. Two weeks before the class start date, get your course number, and do one of the following:

1. Returning Online Students:
   1. If you updated the email address associated with your Blackboard username last semester, we will try to send a reminder email the first week of class
      
      
   2. Use the Blackboard username assigned previously. Can’t remember your Blackboard username? See below the step for new online students to find their Blackboard username.
      
      
   3. If you never updated your password, it will remain the one assigned to you. Otherwise, your password will remain whatever you updated it to.

   5. Still can’t logon to Blackboard? Send an email with your first and last name, birth date and class name to: ceonline@durhamtech.edu  Your password will be reset to your birth date (MMDDYY).
      
      
2. New Online Students:
   1. It is your responsibility to use these instructions to logon to your online class on or after the first day of class.
      
      
   2. Your Blackboard username now includes your colleague id (a unique student id that will never change). As you don't see an advisor before registering for your class, here's the link to the non-credit Blackboard username lookup tool (available the first day of class): http://courses.durhamtech.edu/coned/username
      
      
   3. What is your Blackboard password? Your birth date in MMDDYY format, for example, 062471.
      
      
   4. Now that you know your Blackboard username and Blackboard password, here's the Durham Tech Blackboard logon screen: http://blackboard.durhamtech.edu/webapps/login/
      
      
   5. Can’t logon? Send an email with your first and last name, birth date, class name, and Blackboard username you’re trying to use: ceonline@durhamtech.edu 
      1. We will try to quickly send your correct Blackboard username and password, but may need more information.
      2. If your registration and payment has been received less than one week prior to the class start date, there will be a delay until it is processed.
