PARKING:
Daytime (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.): Parking spaces are available in the Annex property located diagonally across from the N.C. Mutual building (Legacy Tower). The address for this parking area is 501 Willard Street. Please park only in available unmarked parking spaces. In addition to these parking spaces, very limited “public” two-hour street parking is available on Willard Street. Please note that N.C. Mutual security guards do patrol the parking lots to help direct visitors and enforce parking restrictions.

Evening and weekend (5 p.m. – 9 p.m.): In addition to the parking spaces available at the Annex property (501 Willard Street), additional parking options are available in the surface parking lots of the N.C. Mutual building (Legacy Tower). Please park only in available unmarked parking spaces.

ENTERING THE N.C. MUTUAL BUILDING:
While the first floor (glass enclosed level) has front and rear entrances, the recommended entrance is at the concourse level just below the first floor, accessible from either the Willard Street (east entrance) side or the Jackson Street (south entrance, go down the stairs) side of the building. The first floor's doors close at 6 p.m.

You will be required to either sign in or show a current Durham Tech ID at security desks located inside the entrances. Students may be issued a color-coded paper Durham Tech ID for entrance to the building to be signed by either the Program Director or their Instructor. All Durham Tech ID cards must be signed to be valid. Instructors are provided with student ID cards the first night of class and can sign and issue them accordingly. After checking in at the security desk, you may proceed to the sixth floor.
