Students explore ways of fostering mutual respect, trust, and open communication. They  learn to  enhance productivity, innovation, creativity, and become a higher-functioning team member  through personality styles and other tools. This course offers an in-depth and practical understanding of how to best use our personalities and creativity to develop important life skills. Fee includes course packet.
