| The Campus Learning Center (CLC) offers a number of self-paced credit courses in mathematics, listed below. These courses are offered as independent study, but an instructor is available to assist students individually. Students register for these course in the same manner as seated classroom sections and must attend class for the same number of contact hours each week, but they make their own, flexible schedules for attendance and may finish the coursework early if they are able to do so. Successful students are good time and task managers who are able to learn on their own. Students who register for CLC self-paced math course begin class by attending an orientation during the first week of classes. Come to the CLC or call 686-3554 to sign up for an orientation time. |
