International Scholarship Program Awards of up to $5,000 are made for
U.S. Citizen undergraduate students to study abroad. |
| Award amounts vary depending on the length of study and student need
with the average award being $4,000. Students studying a Critical Need
Language are eligible for a $3,000 Critical Need Language supplement for
at total possible award of $8,000. Students receiving federal Pell Grant
funding at two-year or four-year undergraduate colleges or universities

MALDEF awards law school scholarships to Latino students in their

High school students who take the PSAT/NMSQT may qualify to enter
competitions for the following scholarships and recognition programs:
National Merit Scholarship Corporation, National Hispanic Scholar Recognition
Program, National Scholarship Service and Fund for Negro Students, and
Telluride Association. Students can register for the SAT exam or have
