Books can be searched through Durham Tech’s
online library catalog by author, title, subject, or keyword. You
may also browse our library’s circulating collection on the lower
level—use call numbers relevant to Early Childhood Education to

| The library offers access to many databases that will allow you to search online for magazine, journal, and newspaper articles on your topic. To search a broad range of journal and newspaper articles, try Academic Search Premier and Academic OneFile. For health information, check out CINAHL Plus or InfoTrac Health Reference Center. For articles specifically related to psychology, Psyc Articles may be a good starting point. Databases are described in more detail on the databases page and suggestions for database search strategies are available on the distance education resources page. Contact the library to obtain passwords for using the databases from off-campus or if you need assistance finding information.
