is the computer lab in the library? |
A computer lab is available downstairs in the library. A
lab monitor is available to answer questions. You are required to show
your Durham Tech ID and sign in order to use the lab. Computers have Microsoft
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software installed. Students printing from
the computer lab are allowed 10 free printed pages per day; additional
pages cost 5 cents each and can be paid for at the library reference/circulation
desk. A list of other computer labs on campus, their locations, and their

is the Bookstore? |
The Durham Tech Bookstore
is located on the first floor of the Phail Wynn, Jr. Student Services
Center, which is across the street from the library. If you need to buy
books rather than borrow them, this is where you need to go!

| Where is the Campus Learning
Center? |
The Durham Tech Campus Learning
Center is in the Phail Wynn, Jr. Student Services Center, located
in room 1310 on the third floor. It offers free tutorial services and
workshops for Durham Tech students.

is the Campus Advising Center? |
The Advising Center is in the Phail Wynn, Jr. Student Services
Center, located in room 1210 on the second floor. The department phone
number is 919-686-3348.

is the College Café? |
Food service
at Durham Tech includes a Café on the first floor of the Phail
Wynn, Jr. Student Services Center. Vending machines are located in all
student lounges throughout the campus.

is the Security Office? |
The Security office
is located in the rear annex of the White Building in front of the plaza
side entrance to the Collins Building. Look for the big satellite dish,
and you are right in front of it!

are the Business and Financial Aid Offices? |
The Business office is in the White Building. It is the
first office on the left as you walk in the front entrance of the building,
and their phone number is 919-686-3570. This is where you pay tuition
and fees. The Financial Aid Office is
located on the second floor of the Phail Wynn, Jr. Student Services Center,
room 1209; and their phone number is 919-686-3660.
