Durham Tech's Northern Durham Center (NDC) is a full-service college campus that makes education even more convenient to residents of northern Durham and Orange counties. With state-of-the-art labs, a library, and comfortable classrooms, the NDC is like having a college right in your backyard.
Continuing Education courses for Fall Semester 2009 include BioPharm/Biowork, Communication, Computer Training, Emergency Medical Services, Fire Service Extension, Spanish Language, Law Enforcement Extension, Personal Enrichment, Real Estate, and Workplace Preparation.
The Curriculum (credit) program offers a beginning golf course in Summer Term 2009 and credit offerings scheduled for Fall Semester 2009 include courses in Basic Law Enforcement Training, Criminal Justice Technology, Early Childhood Education, Fire Protection Technology, and Physical Education.

Directions to the Northern Durham Center, 2401 Snowhill Road

From Raleigh or Cary:
• Take I-40 West and
merge onto the Durham Freeway (147 North) at exit 279B towards downtown
Durham.
• Take the Roxboro
Street exit from the Durham Freeway (147 North).
• Travel North on Roxboro
Street (there is a well marked detour on Roxboro Street near I-85 -
just keep following the signs) approximately 3.3 miles to Old Oxford
highway and make a right turn.
• Drive on Old Oxford
Highway for about 3.2 miles.
• Make a left turn
onto Snowhill Road just beyond the bridge over the Eno River at the
Durham Tech Center sign.
• The Northern Durham
Center is located approximately 1.6 miles down Snowhill Road on the
right.
From
I-85 North of Durham (Butner - Creedmoor):
• From southbound
I-85 take Exit 182, Red Mill Road. Make a right at the end of the
ramp.
• Drive 3.5 miles
to a stop sign and make a left onto Teknika Parkway. Drive 0.7 miles
to another stop sign and make a left onto Old Oxford Highway.
• Travel 1.8 miles
on Old Oxford Highway watching for the Durham Tech Center sign. At
that point make a right onto Snowhill Road.
• Drive 1.6 miles
to the Northern Durham Center on the right side of the road.
From
points West:
• Take the Roxboro

Highway 501 South to the "DURHAM TECHNICAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE"
sign and make a left at the next traffic light onto Snowhill Road.
• Travel 2.9 miles
on Snowhill Road to the Northern Durham Center on the left side of the
road.
From
Hillsborough:
• Take St. Mary's
Road East. Continue on the road after it becomes Mason Road.
• At the intersection
of Roxboro Road (Highway 501) drive straight across the intersection
as Mason Road becomes Snowhill Road.
