This course is designed for automotive employees needing certification required to perform N.C. inspections. Please note that a test designed for experienced technicians and mechanics will be given and those who do not have sufficient experience will likely fail this test and will as a result fail the class. On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) II Automotive Emissions (Experienced mechanics and other trained technicians only) |

This is a mandatory course for employees performing NC Safety and Emissions inspections. The course focuses on the computer and software that monitor the emissions control devices installed in vehicles dating from 1996 to the present. Individuals who have not been certified by the N.C. Department of Motor Vehicles to perform Safety and Emissions inspections must take the course. Please note that a test designed for experienced technicians and mechanics will be given and those who do not have sufficient experience will likely fail this test and will as a result fail the class. | Vehicle Escort Driver Certification |

Training is provided for escort drivers of oversize/overweight vehicles in NC. The course focuses on the functions and duties of the escort driver as well as highway operations and breakdown operations. Cost includes handbook and materials.
