To apply for the presidency at Durham Technical Community College,
a hard copy and electronic copy of the application materials are required
as follows:
- A letter of no longer than five pages outlining background, qualifications,
and vision for the position as well as addressing the selection criteria
detailed in the President Profile; a complete curriculum vita/resume;
and contact information for five professional references. The initial
review and screening will be based on this information.
- The electronic submission is to be emailed to Ms. Wanda Winslow, Vice
President, Institutional Support Services, at winsloww@durhamtech.edu.
- The hard-copy application submission is to be mailed to Durham Technical
Community College, ATTENTION: Wanda Winslow, 1637 Lawson Street, Durham,
NC 27703.
All application submissions received prior to July 13, 2007, are guaranteed
review. Applications, however, will be accepted until the position is
filled.
Please be aware that applications will be held in confidence until semi-finalists
for the position are selected. Semi-finalists will then be notified and
told the timing of any announcements that the college will make about
the candidates and the search process.
