The Durham Technical Community
College Small Business Center is a state funded organization
which is part of the Small Business Center Network of North
Carolina. The Small Business Center (SBC) provides small
business owners with information they need for success,
including advice on marketing, sales, bookkeeping, and management.
The SBC offers, at little or no cost, the following services:
- Confidential counseling to help
you deal with your business needs;
- Training and technical assistance
in starting a business;
- Seminars, workshops, and courses;
- Resource and referral services;
and
- A library with small business
publications and literature.
The Small Business Center
is located in the NC Mutual Insurance Building (6th floor)
at 411 W. Chapel Hill Street in Durham. Office hours are
8 a.m.-5 p.m. Mondays-Fridays. Please call 919-686-3448
for more information or use the registration forms noted
in each Small Business Center section to reserve a seat
in the seminars. Preregistration is required
for all SBC courses and seminars.
Effective
July 1, 2004, the Small Business Center at Durham
Technical Community College will provide North Carolina
