Emergency Management

Long Term

The Emergency Management curriculum is designed to provide students with a foundation of technical and professional knowledge needed for emergency services delivery in local and state government agencies. Study involves both management and technical aspects of law enforcement, fire protection, emergency medical services, and emergency planning.

The Emergency Management program is no longer accepting new or incoming students.

This program will no longer be offered at Durham Tech as a part of the College’s newly adopted strategic plan. College programs are assessed by five key metrics, including program enrollment, student completion and graduate count, livable wage prospects, and labor marketing demand, and financial viability.

For questions or more information, contact Dr. Randall Egsegian or 919-536-7200 ext. 8062
