Preparing for Registration
Students who submit all required admissions forms, financial aid paperwork, and transcripts by March 15 get priority enrollment status. Students who meet the due date can expect to be admitted to the college, have transcripts evaluated in time to attend the new student orientation, and have the option to charge tuition and books to financial aid (if eligible for an award) at the beginning of general registration for new students. Priority Registration
Priority registration is reserved for returning students who have been admitted to a program as of Spring Semester 2013 or prior, have an assigned academic advisor, and have enrolled in classes during the past three semesters. Priority is determined by the amount of credit hours completed.

Priority registration for enrolled admitted program students with 35 or more credit hours is April 8.
Priority registration for enrolled admitted program students with 17 or more credit hours is April 10.
Priority registration for enrolled admitted program students with 4 or more credit hours is April 12.
Priority registration for eligible students with fewer than 4 credit hours is April 16.

General Registration
General online registration is open the following dates for all advised students including those new to the college, newly admitted to a program, visiting students, or those who did not register during priority registration. Students who need to meet with an advisor should schedule a time as early as possible.

Open WebAdvisor (online) registration for all advised students April 18 – May 19.
May 15, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., is the last day to receive assistance with registration at the Late Advising locations.
Waitlist function (via WebAdvisor online) available to advised students April 8 – May 14.

Payment Deadlines
During general registration, full payment of tuition and fees is due the same week that you register. During late registration, full payment is due daily. If you do not pay on time, your courses will be de-registered and made available for other students on the waitlist.

If you register the week that begins Monday, April 8, full payment is due by midnight April 14.
If you register the week that begins Monday, April 15, full payment is due by midnight April 21.
If you register the week that begins Monday, April 22, full payment is due by midnight April 28.
If you register the week that begins Monday, April 29, full payment is due by midnight May 5.
If you register the week that begins Monday, May 6, full payment is due by midnight May 12.
If you register May 13 – 19, full payment is due by midnight the same day you register.

Payments may be made online through WebAdvisor from 8 a.m. – 2 a.m. Mondays – Saturdays or from 8 a.m. – midnight on Sundays. Payment may also be made in person at the Cashier's Window in the White Building, lobby area, from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Mondays – Fridays except for days when the college is closed.
