911 Training Academy Open House

This Open House is for anyone who is interested in enrolling in the Durham Tech 911 Academy. This program provides the foundational skills needed to effectively operate as a telecommunicator within an Emergency 911 Call Center. Coursework will include instructor-led lecture and hands-on experience, allowing participants to engage in real-time scenarios while learning essential multitasking techniques. Upon completion, students will have the opportunity earn multiple certifications.
