Durham Public School rising seniors and recent graduates are encouraged to attend the FAFSA Fair hosted by the DPS Foundation, Student U, Emily K, Duke College Advising Corps, Durham Tech, and Durham Children's Initiative.

During the event, volunteers will be on hand to help students learn and complete this very important step to successfully enter college.

If you need help completing the FAFSA, we encourage you to bring copies of the items below:

  • Social Security Number
  • Alien Registration Number (if you are not a U.S. citizen)
  • Federal income tax returns
  • 2021W-2s
  • End of 2021 pay stub
  • Bank statements and records of investments (if applicable)

At 6:30 pm, the team from Durham Tech will discuss how to receive free tuition and the different academic pathways and options offered at the College. Spanish interpretation will be available at the event.
