TLC: Equity Workshop #1 – Implicit Bias

Participants will explore the hidden biases we all carry from a lifetime of exposure to cultural attitudes about age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, social class, sexuality, disability status and nationality, through reflective practice activities and using their personal results from the Implicit Bias Test (Harvard’s Project Implicit Tool).
