This is a professional development session for Durham Tech faculty presented by Shana Curl, Academic Advisor and Instructor, College Success.
During this TLC you will learn the results of survey research Shana conducted in 2018 to gather baseline data regarding orientation in the NCCCS. Questions were asked about content, learning objectives, and assessment of orientation system-wide, with 21 colleges responding to the survey. This TLC will also ask the Durham Tech community to brainstorm ways to improve orientation processes at our institution.
