Real Estate and Relocation Program

Employees of Durham Tech have access to a real estate and relocation incentive program called SMARTMOVE. SMARTMOVE helps homebuyers and sellers identify qualified real estate professionals to navigate the total home ownership experience. The program assigns a personal move coordinator who provides a network of skilled real estate agents, household good movers, mortgage lenders, and other vendors related to buying, selling, or owning real estate.
