The temporary pedestrian walkway connecting the north and south areas of Main Campus will be closed beginning today, Tuesday, August 19, 2025, to address inconsistencies with ADA compliance. Sports! And Reading!
With all the recent less-than-heartening news about college athletes and academics, it's nice to see something positive: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gbYGCu26xVU Read the article here about University of Georgia's Malcolm Mitchell and the book club he joined to help him improve his reading. I'm currently reading Just Mercy and then plan to watch the film. Little Fires Everywhere is in my book stack to read, and I want to watch the show as well.
