The Greek letters represent the spirit and intent voiced by an informal group of students from the class of 1969. This group, dedicated to achieving excellence within the discipline of dental technology, was known as “The Number Seven Society” after a basic laboratory instrument.
Tau Eta Sigma is a fraternity that promotes the highest possible degree of individual excellence in the art and science of dental technology and was established to honor any undergraduate who wishes to distinguish themselves in the field and dental community.
