The Instructor Resources page in Canvas is a good place to start when you're looking for help with Canvas or online teaching. It brings together resources that can help with everything from getting started in your course to using Canvas tools more effectively.
Think of the Instructor Resources page as your first stop for any Canvas question. It's a running collection of guides, links, and help built for Durham Tech instructors, depending on if you're brushing up a course, needing a quick reminder of how to do something in a module, or just trying to figure out a feature you've never touched.

Missed a Canvas Session? Watch It When You Have Time
Professional development doesn't always line up with your schedule: there's always a class, a meeting, or ten other things pulling at you. That's why we record our Canvas Special Topics sessions.
These on-demand recordings of our professional development sessions covering topics in Canvas or online learning let you learn at your own pace. Watch the whole thing, skip to the part you need, or pause and go try it in your own course right then. You don't have to wait until you're stuck. If you know you'll be working on a certain part of your course soon, browse the recordings ahead of time; you might pick up an idea or discover a feature you didn't know existed.
