Join us for an exciting online information session about the Customer Service Success course at Durham Tech that will be offered January 8-March 4 and March 11-May 4th. The course is geared toward Human Resource Management practices, as well as how to plan, coach, and work in teams. It prepares students for the Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) and Direct Contact Service Professional (DCSP) certification examinations.
