A To-Go Dinner for Two

Order a To-Go Dinner for Two prepared by the Durham Tech's Nutrition for Foodservice culinary class.

Orders can be placed online using the link below, and pick-up will occur on Monday, October 2, 2023, between 5:00 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. on Durham Tech's American Tobacco Campus, Fowler Building, 410 Blackwell Street, Suite 30,  Durham, NC 27701

All proceeds benefit the Culinary Arts program.

Three options to choose from:

Vegan Option - $20.00
Portobello Mushroom Steak served with miso roasted vegetables and fried Brussels sprouts.

Seafood Option - $20.00
Creole Shrimp
Served with steamed rice and roasted broccoli

Chicken Option - $20.00
Chicken Garden Pesto
Served with fresh pasta and roasted broccoli

All entree's comes with a salad served with a vinaigrette dressing and two pieces of focaccia.
