In this workshop, participants will embark on a journey of self-awareness and presence. We’ll begin by defining mindfulness, exploring its essence, and understanding how it can positively impact our lives. Through breathing and sensory activities, participants will engage their senses—touch, taste, smell, sight, and sound—to deepen their mindfulness practice. Finally, each participant will leave with a personalized strategy for cultivating mindfulness in their daily routines, fostering a sense of calm, focus, and connection.
