Presentation of the external assessment report/recommendations (the Collaborative) for guiding the development of the College's strategic plan. Introduction of the internal strategic planning team, sharing the process for plan development and future opportunities for providing input, and the next steps leading to the Board of Trustees adopting the plan (June 2021).
