Emotional Intelligence (EI) is defined as “your ability to recognize and understand emotions in yourself and others, and your ability to use this awareness to manage your behavior and relationships” (Bradberry and Greaves). During this presentation, participants will learn the components of EI and why EI is so important. Participants will also learn the 7 steps to improving EI skills.
