The largest campaign in Durham Technical Community College history has exceeded its goal of $5 million.
News: Durham Tech’s Clinical Research Associate Program celebrates 25 years
Durham Tech’s 25th anniversary in April for the Clinical Trials Research Associate Program was a homecoming for those who launched the program as well as former students, and a celebration of current students and the program’s future.

The program trains individuals in assisting health care providers and researchers in initiating, administering, coordinating and managing clinical research studies for the development of new drugs, treatments and other health interventions.

Middle Grades Education: Social Science
Students who ultimately wish to complete a baccalaureate of arts degree in Middle Grades Education: Social Science at a four-year college or university would complete the Associate in Arts (AA) degree.

News: Designing the future of Durham Tech
Kevin G. Montgomery peered down at a miniature model of the Durham Tech main campus and pointed to a number of places where future buildings and a plaza are slated to go.
Montgomery, the President and Chief Operating Officer at O’Brien Atkins Associates, has been involved in nearly 30 years of renovation and reinvigoration projects for Durham Tech. His architecture firm has redesigned several buildings on the main campus off Lawson Street and in recent years has taken on the master strategic plans for future capital growth on all three Durham Tech campuses.
News: Three Durham Tech faculty awarded prestigious Challenge Coin
Last month, Dr. Kara Battle, Chief Academic Officer at Durham Tech, presented Jayme Dyer, Kris Weberg, and Griselle Guzman with Faculty Challenge Coins in a virtual meeting. The coin recognizes faculty members who go above and beyond for their students and make a significant impact at the College.
