It's time for another virtual Crafternoon! Crafternoons are a partnership between the Durham Tech Student Government Association and the Library. Today, I'll walk through how to make paper stars, which--depending on the size of paper you use-- can be used as a decorative wreath or just decoration. A few quick Library-related announcements-- Our last Crafternoon of the semester is coming up on Tues., Nov. 14 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Orange County Campus and Wed., Nov. 15 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the Main Campus Library. Not all areas of the Main Campus Library are for quiet study ( check out our recent blog post for a list of some of the types of study areas available in our campus libraries), but when you need silence and as few distractions as possible, the Quiet Room is the place for you! The library recently added many new feature films and documentaries to our collection. You may check out two movies at a time for one week with your library card.
