Day of the Dead Display
If you have walked by the Main Campus Library recently you may have seen our new display in our front window. Courtesy of Cambiando Caminos the display is for Diá de Muertos, or Day of the Dead. Observed from October 31st to November 2nd, this holiday is often affiliated with Halloween in the United States. Jurassic World premiered last weekend; a reboot of the famous Jurassic Park movies from the 90's starring Chris Pratt. Dinosaurs have held our fascination and attention for a long time, for good reason. They are incredible. Need more dinosaurs in your life? It's Summer Session and the Hours Are Changing
It may only be mid-May, but Durham Tech is getting ready to ramp up for Summer Session classes (starting May 23). The Library hours will be changing for the summer beginning Monday, May 16. Come see us at the Main Campus Library Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Come visit the Orange County Campus librarian Monday or Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (the library space may be open additional hours in accordance with front desk staffing).
