Here in the library we spend a lot of time on our computers, as do our students. It's easy to start to slump and forget that spending so much time sitting still is hard on our bodies. Here are a couple resources to help us all stay on track, and prevent aches and pains later on. Crash Course in Media Literacy
Media literacy is a topic that comes up often these days. But, what does it actually mean? What counts as media? What does it entail? New Books for Break
There is still time to check out one (or two or three or four!) of these new books to read over Thanksgiving Break. Books are a great conversation started at dinner and a great way to get some peace amidst the hectic Thanksgiving hubbub. We have SO MANY great new books that I can't include all of them. Some of the books not pictured are written by or about such notable people as Jackie Chan, Stan Lee, Harvey Milk, Malcolm Gladwell, Lois Lowry, Dapper Dan, and Edward Snowden. So come grab a book!

The library is thrilled to be hosting our third annual Student Art Exhibition. Come see the amazing art by our extremely talented Associate in Fine Arts students.
