READsearcher is a new service the Durham Tech Library is offering where we give you personalized book recommendation based on your answers to a few painless questions. We are starting off the New Year with a few technical difficulties. The most important of these is that the computers in the library computer lab have crashed, and so right now our computer lab is closed. Our upstairs public computers are available for use; you can print b/w copies for 5 cents a page or we can help you save your work to print later. Free printing (10 pages a day) for Durham Tech students is available at the Wynn Center computer lab. Our IT department is working hard to resolve
All of the library staff would like to extend their congratulations to the Durham Tech Class of '15! Here's the information you need to prepare for and participate in DTCC commencement activities. Note that you have to purchase your graduation outfit by May 14, attend rehearsal (this is required!) for the graduation ceremony on May 18 at 10:30 a.m. and show up for the actual ceremony on May 18 at 4 p.m. It has been a pleasure to work with you. There are lots of movies coming out this fall based on books. Several book adaptations have been released as films earlier this year as well.
