Paralegals and Legal Assistants prepare documents such as briefs, appeals, wills, and contracts; discuss details of the case with clients; and investigate pertinent facts and laws.
The Paralegal Technology program at Durham Tech is sanctioned by the North Carolina State Bar and prepares students to search real estate titles, prepare pleadings for trial, probate estates, handle real estate closings, perform legal research, and manage law offices.
