SEF-CD19 COVID 19 training for CHW
This course provides basic training to students who will work as Community Health Workers performing COVID-19 tracing and education. Students will learn the role of the Community health Worker, discover the community resources available for their clients, become familiar with COVID-19 investigation and tracing, understand their legal and ethical responsibilities in this role and learn basic teaching principles that will enable their clients to live a healthier lifestyle. Upon completing the course students will be prepared to provide culturally appropriate health education, information and outreach regarding COVID-19 in community settings.
