This course offers EMS continuing education on a variety of topics, including the management and care of medical and trauma emergencies for patients across all lifespan categories. Course instruction will follow the guidelines established by the NC Office of EMS required for administering continuing education EMS courses by an approved Advanced Educational Institution. Students holding a current North Carolina certification taking this course are eligible to receive North Carolina continuing education credit for their course hours in this class, for both local and individual competency requirements.
