This course includes instructional content for Mayday and FF Safety & Survival. This course will present the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to satisfy the key requirements of NFPA 1407. Students in this course will learn risk/benefit analysis, safe operating procedures, accountability, initiating a MAYDAY, maintaining orientation, self-rescue, air management, use of RIT and rehabilitation.
