MLS-3710C Nonprofit Leadership Training
This course is designed for nonprofit workers and volunteers from local and regional communities who are interested in fostering a healthy organizational culture that centers its workers. Students will explore key issues that they are facing in their organization by sharing their lived experiences, hearing from practitioners, and discussing relevant text, videos, and other key resources. Through this two-day intensive, students will build relationships with other nonprofit workers and discuss nonprofit culture, power, as well as labor issues and workers' rights.
