Life Sciences Building on Main Campus

This new facility will house the College’s BioWork and Biotechnology degree programs and provide space for industry training and engagement.

Updates
- Building 8 Demolition completed Friday, July 11, 2025.
- Temporary pedestrian walkway construction begun July 14, 2025 and is scheduled for completion by August 8, 2025. Once finished, the remaining perimeter fencing around the construction zones will be installed.
- Perimeter fencing for the new Health Sciences Building installed July 21, 2025, and Parking Lot F is now closed.
- Perimeter fencing for the new Life Sciences Building installed July 28, 2025, and Parking Lot D is now closed.
