Occupational Therapy Assistant AAS
Prepare for a career as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with Durham Tech. Master occupational therapy skills in screening & implementing treatment.
Associate in Fine Arts in Visual Arts
The Associate in Fine Arts (AFA) is intended for students who ultimately wish to complete a baccalaureate fine arts degree (BFA or BAFA) within four years. AFA curriculum courses focus on visual arts but the degree also includes general education offerings that emphasize the development of analytical skills, written and oral communication, and competencies in math and science.
Medical Assisting AAS
Our Medical Assisting Associate (AAS) degree program equips future healthcare professionals with skills to excel in administrative, clinical, & lab duties.
Associate Degree Nursing
Explore our Associate Degree Nursing program that equips students with the expertise to prioritize safety, quality, & individualized care for a nursing career.
Medical Assisting Diploma
Students can earn their Medical Assisting diplomas in four semesters. Coursework covers medical terminology, medical law and ethics, and admin office procedures.
Associate in Arts in Teacher Preparation
The Associate in Arts Teacher Preparation (AATP) prepares students who plan to transfer to a four-year university, major in Education and move into public teaching either as an elementary or middle school teacher.
College and Career Readiness
Durham Tech's College & Career Readiness programs are dedicated to enhancing critical reading, writing, & math skills for obtaining a high school credential.

The Marketing and Communications department assists the College with public information, public relations requests, media inquiries, marketing and print collateral, social media requests, and the College website.
