Cooks, Restaurants
Restaurant cooks prepare, season, and cook dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts in restaurants. They may order supplies, keep records and accounts, price items or plan menus.
Foundation Partners in Achievement
Your gift provides tangible resources that enable our students and faculty to do great things. Partners in Achievement support innovation, experiential learning and research, and collaboration on projects that better our shared community.
Compliance Officer
Communicate with regulatory agencies regarding pre-submission strategies, potential regulatory pathways, compliance test requirements, and track submissions under review.
Social Worker
Social Workers interview clients individually, in families, or in groups, assessing their situations, capabilities, and problems to determine what services are required to meet their needs.
Phage Hunters Lab
This discovery-based undergraduate research course is a unique and challenging experience for motivated Durham Tech students. The course is a national experiment sponsored by the Howard Hughes Medical Research Institute and space is limited to 18 students each year.
CARES Act Funds
Eligible students may receive CARES Act funds to offset expenses related to the disruption of campus operations due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). The funds are meant to help pay bills, obtain food, and provide for your families during these difficult times.
Communication Studies
Students who ultimately wish to complete a baccalaureate of arts degree in Communication Studies at a four-year college or university would complete the Associate in Arts (AA) degree.
BoardVitals Database
The BoardVitals database contains electronic medical textbooks; journals, and current articles on allied health, nursing, dental, and emergency services.
CARES Act Fund Report
Section 18004(e) of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), directs institutions receiving funds to submit a report to the Secretary describing the use of funds distributed from the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (“HEERF”).
