Aaron and Alexa Lawrence established a scholarship last year to benefit first-generation college students, international students, and adult learners at Durham Tech. The scholarship provides one student annually with $1,000 to help offset tuition costs and textbooks.
Jessica Mitsch and Clinton Dreisbach have a passion for coding. While they speak fluent tech, they understand that computer code is a foreign language to many.
Online courses provide a flexible option for busy, motivated students to learn without traveling to campus. Hybrid courses combine distance learning with weekly on-campus meetings, giving you an online experience with a face-to-face personal touch (and fewer trips to campus).
