The Durham County Board of Commissioners passed the 2022-23 budget Monday night. The budget includes an increased scholarship opportunities for Durham Tech students, stipends for participants in the BULLS biotechnology initiative, and a three-year commitment for 911 Academy funding, among other operational expenses.
