American Rescue Plan/Higher Education Emergency Relief Grant/CARES Act 2020
Higher Education Emergency Relief Funding (HEERF), better known as the American Rescue Plan (ARP), was a response by the federal government to help lessen the economic hardships students and their families are faced with that were caused by the COVID-19 Pandemic.
