Final Draft Club

This organization provides opportunities for members of the Durham Tech community to experience area literary and cultural events. The club publishes The Final Draft Literary Journal, a compilation of poetry, artwork, essays, and short stories written and created by students, staff, and faculty which is published each spring. Beginning writers and artists are especially encouraged to submit material. The staff is comprised of students and instructors who judge the work submitted, edit the works, and publish the final product. In addition, the Final Draft Club encourages group participation in community literacy projects and offers creative writing workshops that are open to the Durham Tech community.
